The brief was to create a project that maximised the budget, without compromising the existing aesthetics. Employing eight meter long douglas fir pine floor boards, a RoundHouse kitchen and C P Hart for the sanitary and brassware, the remaining property also received extensive regeneration to retain its period features. After restoring the terrazzo flooring to the hallway and re-invigorating the existing floor boards on the first floor, the final look was a period regeneration supported by strong Scandic layers.
